A curriculum for 2-year-olds may sound intense or overwhelming – but its goal is to make teaching and learning easier, and fun!

Consider it a resource, like a road map or a menu for what each day should be like. It provides structure and guidance as it connects instruction thematically throughout the day in engaging and developmentally appropriate ways.

A story about a blue bird in the morning can carry throughout the day. What else is blue that we see? Let’s all sing like birds! Where are good places to look for birds? Does anyone have a pet bird at home? Birds fly fast – what else flies in the air very fast? Birds’ feathers are soft and their beaks are hard! What would you do if you could fly like a bird?
